The 5Rhythms® are a simple movement practice which is aerobic, enjoyable and transformative. There are no steps to learn; the classes are structured to encourage tension release thereby enabling more physical fluidity, expressiveness and confidence to evolve along with a growing sense of freedom. This is a new group in the Woking area and we invite you to come and follow the beat of your feet with us....

Gay Murphy trained to teach 5Rhythms® in 2001, is an ongoing student with Gabrielle Roth, Andre Juhan and other teachers. She feels fortunate to be alive and dancing as a grandmother, mother, wife and daughter..... she hopes your “self” will join her “self” in the dance.
